Welcome to The Goblin Mart, operated by The Loot Goblin Mart Limited ("The Goblin Mart", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under Irish or European consumer law.

Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

Due to the collectible nature of many products, colours, packaging and artwork may vary from manufacturer images.

Single cards are individually graded according to our own condition standards. Customers should carefully review photographs and product descriptions before purchasing.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders may be cancelled where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • Products become unavailable.
  • Pricing errors occur.
  • Fraud prevention checks fail.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

While every effort is made to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

Where an incorrect price has been displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

Payment

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will only be dispatched after payment has been successfully authorised and received.

Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only.

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may only be redeemed for products sold by The Goblin Mart.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase can be provided.

Goblin Rewards Stamp Card

The Goblin Rewards Stamp Card is our customer loyalty programme.

Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the following terms.

Earning Stamps

Customers receive one (1) stamp for every €25 spent on qualifying purchases made in-store.

Qualifying spend excludes:

  • Event tickets
  • Table fees
  • Gift cards or gift vouchers
  • Any other items excluded at our discretion

Stamps may be awarded based on a single qualifying transaction or multiple same-day transactions at the discretion of store staff.

Redeeming Rewards

Once 10 stamps have been collected, customers may redeem their completed card for a €25 voucher to use on a future in-store purchase.

The voucher:

  • Has a value of €25.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be used to purchase event tickets.
  • Cannot be used to purchase table bookings.
  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift vouchers.
  • Cannot be combined with another completed stamp card voucher unless approved by management.

No cash change or store credit will be given where the purchase total is less than €25.

Using a Voucher

Purchases paid wholly or partly using a Goblin Rewards voucher do not earn additional stamps.

Only the portion of a purchase paid using another payment method may qualify for stamps, at our discretion.

Event Bonus

Customers who attend five (5) eligible in-store events within a calendar year will receive two (2) bonus stamps on their loyalty card.

Eligible events are determined solely by The Goblin Mart.

General Conditions

The Goblin Rewards Stamp Card:

  • Has no cash value.
  • Cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Cannot be copied or reproduced.
  • May not be redeemed if altered or damaged.
  • Remains the property of The Goblin Mart.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.

Management's decision regarding loyalty rewards is final.

Events

Tickets purchased for organised events may be non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or otherwise required by law.

Event entry is subject to the rules of the individual event.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving in a disruptive, abusive or unsafe manner.

Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and branding, remains the property of The Loot Goblin Mart Limited unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
